Nice location the place is under renovation , the staff were very sweet polite and helpful. The guy at the buffet was very professional.. they guys at the front desk as well they helped me a lot to solve my problems. The location is walking distance from the blue mosque and Sophia Mosque, palace the Black Sea , restaurants, bazar, shops, pharmacy and etc. the vies to the blue mosque from the rooftop are amazing unfortunately most of the rooms are broken, the main entrance is just ruin. I believe they don’t have parking. The hairdryer does not work well, the wifi was not great central heating was not working. . Most of the staff doesn’t speak English but they were very nice and sweet with me using google translator .

Having already visited Istanbul i knew the location of this hotel would be ideal for me being a stones throw away from public transport and ofcourse all the key tourist attractions are within walking distance. I arrived at the hotel in the evening for my 8night stay and received a warm welcome by Ahmet - he diligently ensured that all my needs were met each day throughout my stay which i very much appreciated. Being a solo female traveller it is important that i felt safe for my trip which i can honestly say i really did at this property. My room was decently sized, located on the third floor and was more than adequate for my needs. The highlight for me were the staff. From the moment i arrived until i left they were not only extremely kind, polite and well-mannered but they went above and beyond if i requested something out of the ordinary. Ismail and Sarhat were wonderful, they delivered impeccable service day in day out. They showed genuine care (something which is difficult to find in many hotels) and Nermin (housekeeping lady) was a joy to interact with each day. All the other staff members whom i met only briefly were just as wonderful - Thank you for looking after me! I wouldn't hestitate to go back to this hotel. If you're looking for a really good hotel with excellent staff then i highly recommend it.

We booked this hotel at a really good price and it exceeded all exceptions. We couldn't fault it! Room was lovely, very beautiful and spacious. Stylish, yet rustic with all modern appliances. Room noise was minimal - especially considering its location. The location was spot on, round the corner from the old square and the main attractions, but about a 45-min walk to the Bosporus area. Lots of nice restaurants nearby - especially Dubb Ethnic. The staff were so helpful and friendly - always wanting to talk to you and make sure you were ok. They let us leave the car there even after check-out which was appreciated as we could still sight-see for the rest of the day. Breakfast was plentiful and a huge choice of hot and cold food as well as cakes/pastries. The view from the terrace is spectacular - the sea on one side and the Blue Mosque/Haggia Sophia on the other side. Very lucky indeed! The car parking was difficult - but I think you would get this anywhere and I wouldn't advise travelling by car unless you have to - but staff moved the car whenever they needed to. This hotel was really great and would recommend it to anyone.

Great staff, rooms are okay, breakfast and staff went beyond to help you with anything you needed. Very hard to find, you must have google maps or take a taxi. Forget the rental car, you don't need it.
